Brett Engelmeyer (6IP, 5H, 1R, 1BB, 9K) was the winning pitcher in the second game. Mike Short threw two-thirds of an inning in relief to earn the save. Logan Pulju delivered a RBI double and scored a run. Jackson Martin knocked in two runs with a double.
"I thought we played really well in the second game," said M State Head Coach Grant Harding. "Brett was great on the mound. We only had 2 hits and it's not every day that happens, but Brett pitched a gem and then Mike came in and struck out the side. It was a good team win against a really good St. Cloud team."
