The M State lady Spartans shot just 33% from the floor on Wednesday, but they held St. Cloud to 23% shooting as they recorded a 44-41 road win over the Cyclones. The Spartans dominated the boards, 45-28 with Emily Dehler registering a double double (20 points, 11 rebounds).
Brooke Finken was also in double figures with 15 points, including 5 3-pointers. Lindsey Kurz and Kiera Cox contributed 13 and 10 rebounds, respectively.
Demya Riley led St. Cloud with 15 points and Allison Fritz had 10.
M State will close out their season with a 1:00pm contest against Ridgewater on Saturday in Willmar.
